WHEN LIFE GETS EXTREME
There are times when stress doesn't feel gentle.
It feels like ENOUGH.
Those are the moments when you may need more than another inspirational quote floating across a peaceful sunset.
You may need something immediate.
Something physical.
Something strange enough to break the pattern.
Hold a stone.
Shuffle the cards.
Grab a pendulum.
Touch an object and describe what you sense before you know its history.
Write the thought you're carrying and challenge it.
Stand outside and find something nature created that looks completely impossible.
Make a ridiculous affirmation powerful enough that you actually remember it.
Interrupt the spiral. Change the focus. Create a moment.
These practices aren't replacements for medical or mental-health care when that care is needed.
They're another collection of tools for your personal toolbox.
And sometimes having another tool matters.

I'm Kassandra Avila, creator of Vixen Esoteric™.
My experience with psychic and intuitive work spans more than 36 years, including professional psychic work, meditation, teaching, energy practices and decades of experimenting with the ways people experience intuition and the unexplained.
I don't believe spirituality has to be delicate.
I don't believe everything unusual is supernatural.
And I certainly don't believe you should surrender your judgment to someone just because they call themselves spiritual.
